Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days. If there are customs delays, and the order is held, the time until release does not count as the delivery time. We take care to choose suppliers who not only offer competitive prices and quality but also expedite the shipping time.

After the specified timeframe, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay. If the postal service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers.

If it is confirmed that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will promptly issue a FULL refund after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after the confirmation of your order.
